What material are the containers made from?
The glass containers are made from borosilicate glass and the lids are made from polypropylene (PP5) plastic.
Are they FDA approved?
Yes, all our containers are certified FDA approved.
Are the containers oven safe?
All glass dishes are safe to use in a conventional oven. (not lids)
Can I use my glass containers in an air fryer?
Yes! Since our glass containers are made from borosilicate glass, they are safe to use with air fryers. But don't include the lids!
Can the containers be cleaned in the dishwasher?
Yes, they are dishwasher safe. We recommend top rack for the lids. For best results hand wash is recommended, the silicone seal inside the lid is removable for a thorough hygienic clean.
Are these containers leak-proof?
Yes, the lids are designed to be leakproof. We advise when closing the lid down, it is important that the lid is pushed firmly down and all the way around.
Are the lids airtight?
Yes, the snap lock lid and inner silicone ring creates a strong airtight seal with the glass dish for secure, leak-free storage This ensure your food stays fresh for longer.
Are the lids safe to use in the microwave?
"Yes, our lids are microwave-safe. When heating food, remove the lid completely or place it loosely on top to allow steam to escape. Note: Opening the steam vent alone is not enough — the vent is designed for cooling, not for releasing steam during heating."
Why is there an extra lid included?
An extra lid is included as a spare, so you have a convenient replacement if one is ever lost or misplaced.
